Elie Saab Fall Winter 2012 2013 Collection is in my opinion exactly what high profile women would want to wear this next season. It's in fact perfect for the modern woman who wants to look professional and put together but at the same time stylish and contemporary throughout her busy day. And because of its versatility and its different looks, this collection gives this kind of woman an option for every occasion and time of the day. There are outfits which are perfect for morning meetings, others for business lunches or dinners. But there are also outfits which are suitable for evening gala events as well as more feminine ones for date nights. Each look, although suitable for different occasions, is very edgy. The shoes, handbags, the hair and the structured lines of most clothing pieces are the details which give the entire collection that edgy look I was talking about. For those of you who love this collection and would like to recreate the looks because the actual outfits do not fit your budget, here are few tips I can share.
- Go for structured skirt or pants suits featuring tweed but also the more common materials.
- Make sure to keep the look monochromatic with what you wear under your blazers as well as for the shoes and handbags.
- Try to find suits which are structured, have emphasized seams like the black seams on grey fabric above.
- Make your look more edgy by choosing strong shoes and wearing your hair straight.
- Try to find shift dresses with a similar structure to the ones above. These are great for work.
- Finish your looks with faux fur coats like the ones above.
- Wear embellished pieces for the evening.
