Weekly routine....

Having a full time job definitely takes the a huge chunk of my time and I can barely manage to do all the things I used to do before, but I love it! If you are curious about how I manage to work 40 hours or more a week, keep my house always clean, exercise 6 days a week, find time for my blog at least once a week and spend time with my family - keep reading as I am going to share with you my weekly routine.

Both my husband and I work in the same town, so he takes me to work and this saves me wasting time to take the bus - well actually 2 buses. So my morning routine starts at a different time each day as it depends on the time my husband starts work and this might be 6 am,  7 am, sometimes 8 am and others 9 am and then there is one day each week during which he is off. Independently of the time he is starting, we usually leave home 45 or 40 minutes before. I always wake up 2 hours before the time we have to leave as my entire morning routine takes 2 hours, sometimes even longer which means I am late. So here goes my morning routine.

I wake up either at 3.30, 4.15, 5.15 or latest 6.15. I go to the bathroom, wash my face and put
on my glasses. I drink some water
and change into my workout clothes. I try to do at least 20 minutes workout and when possible 30 minutes. I usually do cardio - either kickboxings, abs exercises, arms toning, bum lifting exercises, or some cross training. After my workout I have breakfast which consists of 2 weetabix, soy milk, banana and peaches. While I have my breakfast I like to watch some you tube or do some research about products I need to buy or holidays spots or restaurants but sometimes I also do some work related research. Then I go wash my teeth, cleanse my face and shower. I get dressed, do my makeup and my hair. And finally I choose a lipstick to wear and take with my in my work bag and I pack our lunches which I always prepare the day before. And we are finally ready to leave.

At work I rarely take my full 30 minutes break because I am too busy doing what I am doing. When my husband comes pick me up at work sometimes we go grocery shopping, running house related errands or visiting our parents every now and then. Once I get home I  shower and wash my hair, do some laundry, clean the lunch boxes, prepare next day lunches, have something to eat, and finally I might have one hour to relax on my iPad.

Thankfully I am off both Saturday and Sunday. So once a week, either on Saturday or on Sunday, I clean the entire house and change the linens and do all the remaining laundry. The other day of the weekend I usually spend it at my parents'. I have lunch there and I write few blog posts (which is what I am doing right now) and my lovely mum fills me with extra food for the week which we can take for lunch or eat at home. She pre-cuts watermelon and melon for me so that I don't have to waste the time. So if you are lucky to have someone who can help you through little things take advantage and always be grateful.
STAY FAB
