A nail trend I am really loving for Spring Summer 2012 is the one featuring a different colour on each nail of your hand, that is 5 different nail polish colours. This trend can be recreated either using pastels or neon colours which are both very in this season. Moreover, you can choose different shades of the same colour, complementary colours or even contrasting ones. It all depends on how brave you are, how much you want your nails to stand out and also on your outfit and overall look. However, if you are scared of looking like a clown the best way to start is to choose different shades of the same colour or shades of similar colours like I did below.......

I really love the combination of the slightly warm and cooler colours above because they all have a pink undertone and they are all bright except the nude one and they really pop when combined. However, they are still feminine and cute without being too much especially if paired with the right outfit.
