Healthy Meal Plan......Wednesday

It's already time for the third post of my weekly healthy meals.......These posts should inspire you to eat healthy without giving up taste.......



MY BREAKFAST TODAY.....

I had the same as in my Monday and Tuesday posts....that is a chopped banana, with 200 ml soy milk and 2 weetabix. 




MY LUNCH.......

MY DINNER or EVENING SNACK
Tonight I am having a chopped banana and an apple with some pitted prunes and some caffeine free herbal tea.
