MY BREAKFAST
Today I allowed myself a different breakfast with more calories. But after all it is Sunday, isn't it? So I had a toasted cross bun with butter and apricot jam. As usually I couldn't do without my chopped banana with warm soy milk. And I also had a few or may be too many wholemeal biscuits which are my favourite.
MY LUNCH
This, as usual, was my main meal and I had it around 15.30 pm which was bad because I had nothing in between breakfast and lunch so I ended up eating a very big lunch. I made a delicious 3 VEGETABLES LASAGNA and had 2 big portions. You might think, it's not a healthy meal after all. But the lasagna was made with healthy ingredients and if you have to eat pasta I would suggest you to have lasagna full of vegetables because this way you will be eating more vegetables than actual pasta. So you will fill yourself up with healthy ingredients rather than with too many carbohydrates. For those of you who have to lose a lot of weight or are avoiding pasta, which you should be doing if you haven't reached your ideal weight yet, I would suggest you to eat of the options below:

MY DINNER
