Do you need to lose weight?
Do you need to gain weight? If yes, you should start eating healthy as your current diet is making you weak and unhealthy.
Is your weight already ideal for your height and age? If yes, be happy about it. You can still start or continue eating healthy and exercise to tone your body and make it more attractive and fit.
